How did you meet? – Omar
Omar and I met thanks to Tinder. I decided at a young age that I would not like to have a relationship unless it was real true love, so it never got past the first date. So on the night thay we met, I was as cynical as usual, expecting not to click with this guy. I almost cancelled because I was feeling tired and it was at the end of a day of university classes. But my friends pushed me to go grab a drink with him in Plaza del Sol, Barcelona.
How did your first date look like?
It wasn’t love at first sight. But it was love by the end of our conversation! It was like something clicked. He was much better at guiding the date along than I was. Perphaps it was the age difference, but I felt less guarded and more vulnerable. He played this ‘thumb war’s game to win a kiss from me. I went back to his place after but we were so sure that we would see each other again that I left after 10 minutes.
